About Us

We are a group of senior executives from a range of private sector businesses who are concerned that the rights of LGB people, like ourselves, are at risk in the workplace.

We believe that the conflation of LGB rights with issues relating to the trans and queer communities disadvantages lesbians, gay men and bisexuals.

Many organisations claim to offer best practice and guidance that is, in fact, directly detrimental to LGB workers’ rights.

These organisations often share advice and guidance which not only directly conflicts with the rights of LGB people, but has been proven by legal precedents to be unlawful, nonsensical, and risk-laden.

Well-intentioned organisations who have, in good faith, engaged with strategic partners they should trust to be reputable and provide legally sound advice, are now being put at substantial risk of reputational damage, financial loss and possible legal complications, all as a result of the ideologically captured guidance that many advisory partners often provide.

As seasoned professionals in corporate environments, we understand and acknowledge that the issue of employee inclusion can be fraught with tension and may be influenced by activism driven employees with motives other than assisting your organisation to become more successful at play.

Our diverse range of professional experience in Human Resources, Commercial, Marketing, Consulting and Communications can assist you in looking at your organisation with a fresh pair of eyes and help you make a positive difference to the LGB people in your business.
